The Digital Music Anthology “Euterpe” is an online collection of songs for educational use. It was developed in collaboration with the Greek Society for Music Education (GSME) and the Music Library “Lilian Voudouri”, in the context of the awarding of two organisations with the ISME-Gibson Award 2012. Through Euterpe’s database, interested parties can easily search for songs (in scores of musescore or finale), which are accompanied by music-pedagogical and musicological information and educational application suggestions. “Euterpe” includes traditional Greek songs as well as songs from other countries, songs from historical sources, musical anthologies of the 19th and 20th century and contemporary songs.
