Our online store gives you the possibility to return the products you bought within 14 working days from the day of purchase either because you found a problem with the product or because you changed your mind.
Products and their packaging must be in the condition in which you received them.

The original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) which always accompanies the purchase of products must be presented for the return to be accepted.

Our online store is charged with the return costs only when:
- The product is defective.
- The product has been delivered with a long delay (except in cases of force majeure)
